h successfully designed, manufactured, tested and commissioned 8no Containerized Desalination Plants to the Offshore Oil Islands in Abu Dhabi, UAE and Onshore Oil Facilities in Kazakhstan.

The Offshore Containerized Desalination Plants will treat flows up to 16,000m3 per day and once treated the water will be discharged into the Arabian Gulf in accordance with the Marine Environment Agency regulations.

The Desalination Plants featured EnviroTech 4-layer Super Flow Multimedia Filter Units meaning less suspended solids flowing onto the SWRO Membranes while also providing more product and less reject water discharged to the Arabian Gulf.

The Offshore Oil Islands are located off Zirku Island around 100km off Abu Dhabi mainland in the Arabian Gulf.

Containerized Desalination Plants

Our Seawater Desalination Plants with Super Flow Multimedia Filters provide potable Drinking Water from all types of Seawater including High Salinity and Algal Blooms. For the best quality treated drinking water, we re-mineralize with various minerals to improve taste creating a crisp, clear and odorless Drinking Water.

High Brackish Water BWRO Purification Plants

The Brackish Water Purification RO Plants will also provide potable Drinking Water from all types of River, Borewell and Secondary Water supplies. Our RO Plants for Drinking Water can be situated in remote areas which may be inaccessible to municipal water supplies or for deep wells requiring contaminant removal such as iron, arsenic, coliforms and other “disease causing” microorganisms in the untreated Water.

Irrigation Water Purification Plants

Irrigation Water from Rivers and Wells are often supplied through channels which be treated to provide Drinking Water by our Brackish Water Purification Plants which are ideal for this purpose, we can usually treat this water without the need for reverse osmosis membranes which can be costly on maintenance for smaller flow rates.

Agriculture and Aquaculture

Many areas in the world and especially in the Middle East and Africa are reliant on treated water for Irrigation, Livestock, Fisheries and Produce Processing. Our range of Brackish Water Purification and Multimedia Water Filtration Plants are ideal for providing fresh and clean potable water for these applications.

Engineering and Control Solutions

Energy Management

Wherever possible our Desalination SWRO and Brackish RO Water Purification Plants will operate with minimal operational Energy Consumption as well as reduced Water Consumption when backwashing Membranes or Media for Optimal Plant Performance. In some cases, Solar Photovoltaics (PV) may be used to reduce or obviate the necessity for mains Electricity Supplies.

Chemical Addition Reductions

All EnviroTech Water Treatment Plants are designed to operate with minimal Chemical Additions; this is achieved by due consideration during Front End Engineering (FEED) and Detailed Design Phases demonstrated in our consumables calculations as well as the eventual provision of our equipment and services.
