EnviroTech complete another Industrial Wastewater Treatment Project in The Philippines on behalf of one of our key account customers in the field of Foods, Refreshments, Home Care, Beauty and Personal Care.
The 250m3 per hour Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant will treat high COD, TSS and FOG using our proprietary Advanced Oxidation and Zero Liquid Discharge Units allowing the Distillate to be Recycled back to parts of the process.

EnviroTech Industrial Wastewater Treatment
These Industrial Wastewater technologies required will vary upon the type of Industrial Wastewater flowing from Industrial Facilities with Heavy Contaminants such as Dyes, Oil, TSS, COD, Boron, Metals, most of our technologies generally require minimal Chemical Additions and Low Maintenance meaning less operational Power Requirements. The main equipment for this Water Treatment Process is Electrocoagulation, Advanced Oxidation, Moving Bed Bio Reactor, MBBR, Membrane Bio Reactor, MBR, Nutshell Filtration, CPI, DAF and Multimedia Filtration.
Zero Liquid Discharge by Vacuum Distillation
The Zero Liquid Discharge Systems work on the principle of Vacuum Distillation combined with Vapor Compression technology using a specialized compressor which makes it an energy efficient and economical method to treat and dispose Industrial Wastewater, Produced Water or Process Water streams.
The ZLD System has clear advantages over other traditional methods of treatment such as Heat Pump Evaporators, Membrane Technology etc.
The high distillate quality allows Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) and thus reduces Fresh Water cost. Our Zero Liquid Discharge systems consume about 15% less Energy and do not need any Additional Chemicals or other Consumables.
The EnviroTech Zero Liquid Discharge systems are equipped with IoT system (Internet of Things), which enables remote monitoring and predictive maintenance and thus reducing costly downtime.
Key Benefits:
Patented Technology
Low Cost of Operation
Low Cost of Waste Disposal
Automatic Operation
Minimal Maintenance Cost
Water Obtained after Treatment can be re-used for the Industrial Wastewater Treatment IWWTP Process
Electrocoagulation and Advanced Oxidation
Electrocoagulation and Advanced Oxidation
The process of destabilizing suspended, emulsified or dissolved contaminants in an aqueous medium by introducing an electrical current into the medium. The electrical current provides the electromotive force to drive the chemical reactions. When reactions are driven or forced, the elements or compounds will approach the most stable state.
Generally, this state of stability produces a solid that is either less colloidal and less emulsified (or soluble) than the compound at equilibrium values. As this occurs, the contaminants form hydrophobic entities that precipitate and can easily be removed by a number of secondary separation techniques, ideal for Industrial Wastewater Treatment such as Produced Water, Industrial Wastewater or Process Water for Oil and Gas, Textiles, Adhesives, Mining, Paints, Metals, Steel, Tabaco and other similar Industrial Wastewater streams.
