Starting the Engineering Journey from Front End and Detailed Design ending with fully installed Produced Water Treatment Plant, ready for testing and commissioning and operating efficiently within a major Oil and Gas Facility in Port Foad, Egypt.

Transforming the conceptual design to an integrated Industrial Water Treatment Plant working efficiently and safely whilst balancing and stabilizing the IWWTP requires a full Engineering Design scope, requiring disciplined engineering at every step of the way and constant communication with the client to ensure all requirements are met.

From Graphics to Reality: Engineering Design

Before the first Nutshell Filter Equipment’s arrived on site, the Detailed Engineering needed to be way ahead of the equipment delivery and implementation by various engineering design stages.

The Front End and Detailed Engineering determined how the Produced Water Treatment Plant would function as a single package plant, rather than as the Nutshell Filters equipment operating separately of manually.

Our Process Engineering ensured that the water treatment plant philosophy worked as a practical solution bearing in mind the varying water flow rates in coordination with the efficiency of Suspended Solids and Oil removal to be in line with the nature of the water produced and cline requirements.

The P&IDs were the reference for design, where all disciplines met such as civil works, mechanical, electrical, piping and instrumentation.

The Role of 3D Modeling:

The three-dimensional model was not only a visual element, but a crucial engineering tool:
