EnviroTech facilitated and provided consultancy to a UK Collaboration partner resulting in a prestigious contract award by a well-respected and innovative Oil and Gas Company based in Cairo, Egypt.
The contract will include the Design, Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of a Produced Water Treatment Plant Project located in Egypt.
The Egypt Oil and Gas Produced Water Treatment Contract Award involves a Produced Water Treatment Plant treating up to 55,000m3 per day of Produced Wastewater from Offshore Oil Terminals located in the Red Sea and Suez.
The Wastewater Treatment Plant is located On Shore and will incorporate various UK manufactured technologies in order to treat a wide range of water-based contaminants.
EnviroTech Nutshell Filters Package Plant
Following treatment, the treated Produced Wastewater will be eventually discharged to the Red Sea complying with the stringent water quality regulations as required by The Egyptian Ministry of Environment responsible for Environmental Affairs in the Arab Republic of Egypt EEAA.
The Oil Terminal Facility is an Offshore Oil Loading Tanker Terminal in Hurghada Governate, Egypt.
Produced Water Treatment – Our Water Treatment Technologies are ideal for the treatment of Produced Water emanating from the Oil, Gas and Manufacturing Process Sectors. In association with our technology providers, we can provide the most Cost Effective, Sustainable and Low Maintenance Water Treatment Plants for the discharge to sea in line with Environment Agency Law, Landfill Evaporation or De-Watering, also fit for Recycling for multiple Water Re-Use applications also with Boron Removal and COD Reductions.
Industrial Water Treatment – The technologies required will vary upon the type of Effluent flowing from Industrial Facilities with Heavy Contaminants such as Dyes, Oil, TSS, COD, Boron, Metals, most of our technologies generally require minimal Chemical Additions and Low Maintenance meaning less operational Power Requirements. The main equipment for this Water Treatment Process is Electrocoagulation, Nutshell Filtration, CPI, DAF and Super Flow Multimedia Filters.
Municipal Water Treatment – All Municipal Raw Water is collected in a central point through water networks with a series of pump stations, once collected and stored we can use a variety of Water Treatment Processes including Moving Bed Bio Reactors MBBR, Membrane Bio Reactors MBR, Extended Aeration EA and Sequencing Batch Reactors SBR.
Water Polishing – Treated Water generally requires Polishing prior to Recycling and Re-Use, this is due to remaining bacteriological build up following some forms of Water Treatment, the Multimedia Filtration and Nutshell Filtration will remove the remaining Total Suspended Solids thereby removing up to 99% of the remaining contaminants, fit for Irrigation Water and Secondary Water Services.
Engineering and Control Solutions – EnviroTech will always provide top quality Engineering and the latest Innovative Water Treatment Technologies to meet all client or end user requirements for an efficient and expedient solution(s) taking into account the various parameters depending upon site and location conditions, utilizing the most up to date Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Control Systems Architecture comprising of Computers, Networked Data Communications and Graphical User Interfaces for high level Process Supervisory Management.
Energy Management – Wherever possible our Wastewater Treatment Plants will operate with minimal operational Energy Consumption as well as reduced Water Consumption when backwashing Filters, Membranes or Media for Optimal Plant Performance. In some cases, Solar Photovoltaics (PV) may be used to reduce or obviate the necessity for mains Electricity Supplies.
Chemical Addition Reductions – All EnviroTech Water Treatment Plants are designed to operate with minimal Chemical Additions; this is achieved by due consideration during Front End Engineering (FEED) and Detailed Design Phases demonstrated in our consumables calculations as well as the eventual provision of our equipment and services.
